Functional Pathways is currently hiring a Part-time Occupational Therapist at Tennessee State Veterans Home in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Tennessee State Veterans Home in Cleveland, TN is a newly-constructed member of the State Veterans Home group and is slated to start admiting patients in Summer 2023. This facility will be dedicated to providing specialized care for veterans. Located in a picturesque city surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains, the facility will offer a serene and scenic environment. Proximity to the historic Red Clay State Historic Park and the breathtaking Ocoee River adds to the appeal. JOB SUMMARY:

OT shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if required by state.

• Active state license required.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.

• Active CPR certification.

• Annual TB skin test required.

• Ability to supervise COTAs and OT techs.
