Primary Role:

The role of the Mondelz International Sales Service Representative (Merchandiser) is to build a world-class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business at the retail level by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers. As a Merchandiser for our company you are primarily, though not exclusively, merchandising Nabisco specific brands. Areas of focus will include full-shelf conditions, neatly-merchandised displays and shelves, building display point-of-sale in all areas of the store, properly-rotated product on the shelf, and accurate price tags / point-of-sale in all departments. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals, while providing outstanding customer service. This role will be responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate merchandising call schedule. This role will also be responsible for identifying and communicating individual store opportunities to the appropriate Mondelz International personnel.

The PART-TIME Sales Service Representative position offers a competitive hourly compensation rate, work related mileage reimbursement and an Employee Assistance Program.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and have access to the internet with a personal email account.

  • A flexible work schedule is required, including being available to work weekends and holidays.

  • Previous retail / grocery experience a plus.

  • Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check.

Ensure that Credit Union's goals and objectives are being met in accordance with direction/approval from the Credit Union's Board of Directors. * Communicate the mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives throughout the organization. * Lead the annual budget process and manage the approved budget each year. * Manage all Credit Union employees and oversee: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee development, discipline and succession planning. * Develop a high performing staff within a culture of quality to assure maximum efficiency in operations and effective member relations. * Establish the infrastructure (systems, technology, people, and products) required to enhance member service, protect member data and maximize efficiency. * Develop, review, and update Credit Union policies for Board of Directors' approval and ensure they are implemented and consistently followed. * Ensure that all assets, employees, and officials are properly insured and bonded, and implement adequate security safeguards for the Credit Union. * Participate in Gundersen Health System activities (as appropriate) to contribute to the overall image of the Credit Union. * Ensure that member needs and expectations are identified and met. * Stay abreast of industry trends, government and regulatory issues, and changing demographics, and their impact on our Credit Union. * Maintain effective communication with the Board of Directors (BOD). * Develop the monthly Board meeting agenda, prepare the monthly BOD package, and participate in the monthly Board meetings (work with BOD between meetings as needed). * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement adequate internal controls to protect the Credit Union's assets and be compliant. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). * At least of 7 years of progressive management experience. * At least of 4 years of financial services experience (at least 2 years of Credit Union experience preferred).
