As a Merchandiser, you'll be an essential part of our company's purpose; To make the world a more thoughtful and caring place. We want you to bring your energy and flexibility when you service the greeting card departments in retail locations. The starting pay is $9.00 per hour and could increase based on your experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and fill product displays

  • Bring product from the backroom and out to the display area

  • Keep AG product stored in the backroom organized

  • Partner and build relationship with retail store associates

  • Use company provided mobile technology to perform basic job functions

  • Maintain a quick work pace with effective time management

  • Must have flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.

Other Key Information:

  • This position averages 10-15 hours per week

  • Working in multiple retail locations in a pre-determined geographic area

  • The day before and after major holidays may be required as well as occasional weekends

Come be a part of our mission! Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Composite Inspector based out of Iuka, MS. What You'll get to Do: Perform visual, in-process and final dimensional inspections using standard measurement instruments on tightly tolerance materials, components, subassemblies and final assemblies in the production areas. Performs required inspections in accordance with drawing, specifications, standard work and planning requirements. Supports customer source inspections. Documentation of non-conformances on materials, parts or processes. Reviews supplier paperwork, verifying material pass/fail criteria against engineering inspection requirements. Visual inspection and basic dimensional measurements of incoming materials. Reading chart records to determine material shelf life and expiration dates. Counting and tagging of boxes and individual parts. Computer processing and status of material acceptance. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * High School Diploma and 2 years of experience working in a highly technical aerospace/manufacturing environment. * Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and inspection processes; knowledge and use of inspection and testing instruments * Demonstrated experience with common aerospace quality systems such as non-conformances, cause/corrective actions, configuration management, etc. * Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work in order to accomplish multiple assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Provide input to the technical needs and solutions required for the manufacture, inspection of materials and components. * Demonstrated ability to record detailed information accurately and in a timely manner. * Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Active Security Clearance desired. * Work experience in manufacturing of composite parts. * 4 - 5 years related industry experience in either manufacturing or inspection.
