Niagara County Community College has a need for part time Medical Assisting Instructors to teach classroom and lab setting in the Nursing and Allied Health department.

Classes are held on the NCCC's main campus in Sanborn, NY and or online.

Remuneration for persons teaching at least 3 credits in a semester: $884 per lecture hour/$792 per lab hour.

In order to build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to meet our present and future needs for this position, Niagara County Community College will accept applications on a continuous basis. Openings may or may not exist at this time.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND Current Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA or AMT), certification in related Allied Health Field, or licensed RN.

Desirable Qualifications

Minimum 5 years work experience as MA or RN. Master's Degree.

Formal instruction in educational theory and techniques. Teaching experience

Established in 1962, NCCC offers a comprehensive and vibrant learning environment with an enrollment of approximately 5,214 students (Fall 2018 semester). The student to faculty ratio is 17:1, providing a high degree of personalized attention for students.
