WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing / Brand Team in various marketing tasks while applying learning from formal education. The Marketing Intern is an office position, and functions include:

• Create and review website content

• Assist with creating visual and written content for all channels

• Keyword research

• Assist in developing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting digital campaign metrics

• Assist in maintaining social media channels

• Assist in building inbound organic search traffic and improve search engine results pages

• Participate in promotional planning and idea generation

• Participate in product development and market research

• Maintain marketing/promotional calendars and schedule deliverables

• Participate in the creative process

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Currently attending university as junior, senior, or graduate with undergraduate studies in web development/management, marketing or related field

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop

• Experience with Google Analytics

• Experience in Ai tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini or visual creative technologies

• Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and excellent attention to detail

• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to all levels of the organization

• Experience with research online and in databases

• Creative, and eager to learn

• Goal and achievement oriented

• Available 15-20 hours per week

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
