Part-Time Marketing Assistant

Rate: $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our multifamily real estate company as a Part-Time Marketing Assistant. This position presents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-paced world of real estate marketing.

RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics), social media platforms (Meta Business), and content management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with marketing analytics tools and other marketing-related software is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.A proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn attitude, particularly in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

ResponsibilitiesMonitors and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements.Enters and maintains accurate records of invoices and advertising expenses.Assists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for multifamily and single-family rental properties.Assists with the management of content for internal communications, social media platforms, business listings, newsletters, and other marketing channels.Provides administrative support, including managing budgets, schedules, meeting logistics, and organizing marketing materials.Conducts regular website audits to assess SEO performance, user experience, and content effectiveness, ensuring only digital assets remain optimized and up-to-date.
