The Team
Founded over forty years ago as Lincoln Physicians, we continue to honor our founders' legacy by delivering compassionate, dedicated, personal health care. We are thrilled to be providing primary care services at our new, state-of-the-art location at 80 Beharrell Street in West Concord, Massachusetts. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for all ages, from infants through adults (we are actively expanding our pediatric services).

The Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time LPN to work 24 hours per week
Primarily focused on phone triage, the LPN will handle patient interactions via telephone. Responsibilities include prioritizing incoming calls, providing education/guidance in accordance with guidelines/protocols, communicating test results, scheduling/arranging care for urgent needs, and coordinating proper disposition - all within a clinically appropriate scope.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable Nurse who is confident in their clinical abilities, comfortable prioritizing tasks, and genuinely enjoys variety.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
CPR Training required
Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, specifically in primary care, preferred
Ambulatory phone triage experience strongly preferred
