JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking to hire candidates to instruct the LIFT (strength training) class series in Lackawanna County. A series meets twice a week for an 8 or 12-week period. Multiple series may be run each year. Job duties include:

• Collect all required paperwork and ensure accurate completion prior to allowing individuals to participate in the exercise component of the program and forward to the Extension Educator in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate attendance records.

• Assist in recruiting additional participants.

• Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvements.
