Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) - Advanced Cardiovascular Care

Come join our Cardiology practice and be part of a positive patient experience for our patients in West Nyack, NY. We have an opportunity for a Part Time LPN who can work 20-24 hours per week.

New grads welcome and training provided Responsibilities: The LPN provides nursing care to our patients at the practices. Within the scope of practice, assumes responsibility, as necessary, for the assessment, treatment and care of patients.

Displays competency in obtaining information, familiarity with medications, and processing of refill prescriptions. Works closely with the Physician, other LPNs and MAs within the office. May perform phlebotomy and/or injections for the patient and make patient callbacks with lab test results and diagnosis.

NYS LPN License, Current NYS Registration required. Familiarity with using an electronic medical records system preferred. Effective communication skills with patients and their family members, physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary health care team.
