The Department of Organization & School Leadership at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) occasionally needs to hire non-tenure track, part-time Lecturers to teach in its Master's program for the academic year 2023-2024.
Responsibilities include delivering quality instruction within the program.

Minimum Qualifications
The qualifications to be considered as a non-tenure track, part-time lecturer are experience as an Assistant Principal or Principal, or Superintendent, or Central Office experience, and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualification
Teaching experience. Face-to-face and/or the ability to teach online classes and to utilize technology to support teaching and learning.
Required Principal Certificate. Superintendent Certificate is preferred but not required.
