As a Laundry Attendant and Cleaner, your responsibilities will include keeping our facilities clean and orderly at all times, assisting customers with using our washers, dryers, and vending machines, addressing customer queries and concerns in a friendly manner, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our laundry facility.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the facility remains clean and orderly at all times through tasks such as mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Assist customers with using washers, dryers, and vending machines to ensure a great experience
• Clean and change dryer lint, as well as take out trash multiple times per shift
• Test and address reported issues with machines, marking out of order if necessary
• Record and report issues with washers, dryers, and vending machines to management
• Anticipate and respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly manner
• Restock soap vending machines, toilet paper, and keep inventory of cleaning supplies

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Laundry Attendant or similar role
• Ability to solve problems and address minor issues with machines
• Good soft skills and customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment
• Reliable vehicle and driver's license
• Punctual and shows up to shifts on time
