As a Junior Desktop Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our staff and ensuring smooth operations across our organization.

Schedule and Pay:

• 20-30 hrs/wk -- Monday-Friday (no evenings or weekends)
• $18-22/hr

Responsibilities:

• Support: Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot computer and software issues.

• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve computer hardware and software problems.

• Workstation Setup: Set up and install workstations for new employees.

• Computer Literacy Training: Train staff on basic computer skills.

• Equipment Inspection: Perform routine inspections of computer equipment.

• Software Updates: Keep computer software and operating systems up to date.

Qualifications:

• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. SQL experience is a big plus.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate setup and configuration of workstations.

• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

• Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent support.
