Part-Time Housekeeper In Malibu (One Principal)

We're looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper for one Principal (who travels often) in a 3,600 sqft residence in Malibu. Hours are Mon, Wed, and Fri 9am-5pm, with flexibility for occasional weekends. 

The principal is neat and orderly and doesn't like a lot of clutter. He likes to entertain and host gatherings. He has 3 grown children who may stay at the residence on occasion. The principal also has a medium dog who is older and very gentle, so must be comfortable with dogs! The ideal candidate is proactive and has a light footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Full-charge housekeeping
• Laundry
• Keeping the house clean & tidy (particularly the kitchen, master bedroom, and all bathrooms)
• Changing light bulbs, batteries in smoke alarms, etc.
• Reporting any issues to PA (issues with appliances, rugs that need deep cleaning, etc.)
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies
• Occasional errands (grocery/household shopping, dry cleaning, etc.)

Salary: $40/hr, cash
