JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Completes the various accounting and clerical functions while providing great customer service to producers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties may be assigned.
Work in a safe and efficient manner, according to Ag Partners safety policies.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Utilize good customer service skills at all times when greeting and servicing customers.
Manage inbound feed ingredient shipments including the coordination ofpurchase orders, input of purchase orders, work orders, daily and verification of accuracy.
Manage inbound grain/ingredient shipments including the coordination of delivery numbers, input of scale tickets daily and verification of accuracy. In on-scale interface system, manage transfer of data.
Respond to customer requests at counter and over phone.
Backup other functions within the office as requested.
Filing and data entry on a daily basis.
Ability to actively and efficiently utilize IBM compatible PC, Moca, Windows Environment, 10-key adding machine, fax machine, copier and telephone.
Work approximately 20 hours per week, sometimes more depending on workload.
