C - Lecture - $1,272.00 per credit

D - Recitation: Discussion/Seminar - $1,272.00 per credit

E - Laboratory/Career and Technical - $1,387.00 per credit

F1 - Laboratory: Academic - $1,531.00 per credit

F2 - Laboratory: Academic - $1,734.00 per credit

G - Physical Education/Recreation Courses - $1,531.00 per credit

H - Studio: Art - $1,531.00 per credit

J - Studio: Music - $1,628.00 per credit

L2 - Clinical or Internship Instructor On-Site - $1,531.00 per credit

L3 - Clinical or Internship Rad Tech - $2,985.00 per credit

L4 - Clinical or Internship Nursing - $3,119.00 - $3,464.00 per credit based on employee's highest applicable degree

M2 - Clinical or Internship Instructor On-Site - $1,531.00 per credit

M3 - Clinical or Internship Nursing and/or Nurse Aide (Health/Nurse Aide) - $2,079.00 - $2,309.00 per credit, based on employee's highest applicable degree

In certain instances, due to low enrollment, instructors payment will be based on part-time per credit pay and pro-rated on a 10% per student basis.

Part-time employees also receive some benefits depending on the number of hours worked.

Job Duties

Teaching assignments may include a variety of courses depending on the candidate's area of expertise.

1.Facilitate classes covering the Autodesk suite of software. Classes could pertain to AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Civil 3D, AutoCAD Architecture, Navisworks, etc.

2.Prepare and, on the first day of class, distribute syllabi which inform students about course requirements, grading requirements, testing assignments, absence policy, and other pertinent information for each course assigned.

3.Prepare, administer, and grade assignments and examinations in a timely manner to inform students about their progress and to provide opportunities which will allow students to succeed.

4.Prepare and submit to the Chairperson all relevant data concerning students on a regular basis.

5.Follow proper procedures for requesting instructional supplies, and expendable supplies, textbook requisitions and absence reports on a timely basis.

6.Completion and documentation on project request/worksheet on all work taken on as a class project, and for retaining files for review and approvals by the Chairperson.

7.Coordinating and supervising teaching and lab activities including cooperative education component in order to plan and promote the most effective instructional program possible.

8.Use current technology to enhance institutional effectiveness, including but not limited to computers, computer-assisted instruction programs, audio/visual equipment and in addition be willing to learn and apply any other new technology necessary to enhance learning.

9.Participation in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation measures as required.

Minimum Qualifications

1.Associate degree in a related field (mechanical, architectural, civil) plus 4000 hours related work experience, OR Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 2000 hours of related work experience.

2.Knowledge of relevant CAD software.

Preferred Qualifications

1.Experience with mechanical software will be the primary emphasis: Solidworks, Fusion, and Inventor
