Position Summary Information
Objective
To perform the day-to-day operations as required and requested by the Assistant Dean or Dean.
Essential Duties
Develop and deliver technical education training related to safety and maintenance of diesel equipment operation.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of at least three (3) years experience in safety and maintenance of diesel equipment operation.
Experience delivering technical training/education
Knowledge of computer spreadsheet and word processing and completing technical reports
Good team communication skills
Valid drivers license with own transportation
Preferred Experience and Training
At least five years work experience as a full-time diesel technician; experience training and teaching adults in a classroom setting; a recognized certification in related field
Industrial Experience as Diesel Technician
