Part-Time Customer Service/Ticket Agent

Concord Coach Lines is seeking a Part-time, in-person, reliable, people-oriented person who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in their job. The open position is for a part-time (10-20 hours/week), year-round ticket agent / customer service representative at our South Station, Boston, MA location. Hours and shifts vary during our business hours of 7:30am-10:15pm. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Flexibility is a must.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through strong communication with both passengers and co-workers, in-person and over the phone.
• Comfortable working independently and sometimes alone during your shift.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers relating to schedules, pricing and policies.
• Processing of tickets using our ticketing system and/or online ticketing software in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Able to work independently and to multitask as needed. Frequently called upon to talk to customers, process tickets and adhere to tight schedules.
• Work closely with Drivers to quickly resolve passenger issues.
• Cash handling skills as well as an accurate and timely cash out at end of shift.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, and comply with all company policies and procedures.

New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of $19.00 per hour to start, with a review after 90 days plus benefits that include:
