Career Connections is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for a company in the Nashua, NH area. The company offers a small, team-oriented office environment. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Take and document inbound calls from customers booking private flights
  • Type and enter data into multiple programs
  • Quickly and effectively communicate with clients, customers, vendors, and other team members

Experience and Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Requires 3-5 years experience of administrative experience
  • Must have experience communicating with high-end clients
  • Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and be able to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to multitask calmly in a fast paced environment
  • Must be professional, detail oriented, and high energy
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and problem-solving skills required

This is a part-time, supplemental-to-direct position. Candidates will work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9 am - 5 pm, and must be flexible to work additional hours for vacation coverage.
