We are looking for a Part-Time Custodian for our Bowie location. This is a 234-unit community located in Springdale, AR. As the Part-Time Custodian, you are responsible for the overall upkeep of the apartment community building and interior/exterior image.

Schedule: 28 hours/week as needed.
Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)
Keeps all areas of the property clean and free of all debris
Sweeps sidewalks and keeps them clean and clear of debris and hazards
Keeps all dumpster areas clean and presentable
Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable, and changes bulbs when needed
Clears all vacant apartments of any debris, trash or any other items left behind by previous resident(s) before the apartment being made-ready
Cleans carpets in apartments
Maintains the pool/hot tub
Completes all required checks and ensures logs are kept up-to-date
Completes landscaping duties as assigned
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
Minimum Required Qualifications:
3+ months of housekeeping, pool service, or cleaning experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Great attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to achieve results individually
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Physical Demands: Will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders.
