Part-Time Contesting Coordinator

Overview

Audacy Dallas is currently looking for a Part-Time Contesting Coordinator. This role is responsible for creation, implementation and execution of all over the air, web and text promotions across the region. The main objective of this role is to engage and coordinate all promotions and contests with our Brand Managers, Sales department and audience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Work closely with Sr. Regional Director and Brand Managers to proactively coordinate and manage all market needs with regards to promotions and contesting

• Coordinate implementation and management of all contesting and promotions for all assigned stations in multiple markets and within the region when necessary

• Manage all listener relations, such as answering emails, phone calls, following up with winners for prize fulfillment, and collecting/processing necessary paperwork

• Work with Brand Managers and Sales for contesting copy and graphic design requests

• Follow all legal contesting requirements and disclosures with support from legal

• Ensure contest and department compliance including but not limited to posting contest rules, material terms

• Learn all programs and operating systems necessary for the role, such as; Sprout Social, Audience, Unity, Vibes and Promo Suite

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

• Candidates must be organized

• Possess good communication skills

• Strong computer and administrative skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and evening hours, as necessary

• Must be a self-starter, able to multitask, pay attention to detail and meet tight deadlines

• Must have a positive/upbeat attitude when dealing with Sales department, Brand Managers and listeners
