Concierge, part time (approximately 10 hours per week)
Typical scheduling includes one weekday shift per week (4:30pm
8pm) and one weekend shift per week (either 8am
2pm or 2pm
8pm), plus holidays.
Compensation: $14/hour

The Concierge is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors. The concierge performs a variety of administrative duties as assigned, as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with the senior population a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience handling a multi-line phone system and walk in customers.
Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and remain clam during emergency situations.
Able to follow written and oral instructions
General computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft programs
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to move, stand, bend, and lift continually throughout the workday.
Must be able to lift, push, pull or transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to speak the English Language in an understandable manner.
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.
