Looking for a part-time position that is fun, exciting, and rewarding in the Rock Hill/Fort Mill and south Charlotte areas????

At Amazing Athletes we teach children ages 18 months to 12 years old the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports in a fun, non-competitive environment.

We are in the middle of a company-wide expansion and are seeking high-energy individuals to join our rock star team!

You MUST enjoy having fun. You should LOVE sports and working with children.

This is a part-time position. You can expect 15-20 hours per week, working mornings and afternoons 5 days per week.

- Must be available Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. Most classes are taught in morning and mid-afternoon. Other hours may vary as needed.

- During summer program, hours will likely increase.

- Experience working with children 18 months- 12 years old (professional experience is preferred but all experiences will be considered)

- General knowledge of sports and/or coaching children

- Must have dependable transportation and be willing to travel to different locations around Rock Hill/Fort Mill and surrounding areas

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must submit to background check and fingerprinting and obtain approval by NC DHHS to work in child care locations (SC and NC approval required)

- Will need to maintain good relationship with daycare teachers/directors and parents.

- Available to start immediately

VIEW JOBS 9/2/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-12-01T00:00 <p>TRANSFORMATION CHURCH</p><p>TC Kids Childcare Coordinator</p><p>Reports To: Director of Next Gen</p><p>Team: Next Gen</p><p>FLSA Status: Part-time, Sunday Thursday up to 25 hours a week.</p><p>Department: Next Gen</p><p>Summary: The TC Kids Childcare Coordinator oversees the childcare process as well as paid childcare leaders in order to best care for children and support their families for events TC Wide, as well as assist the Next Gen team with execution of Sunday Mornings.</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li><p>As a TC team member, responsible for personal spiritual formation, growing as an Upward, Inward, Outward disciple of Jesus Christ. This will mainly be expressed through the Five Characteristics of a Transformer (worship, connect, serve, give, invite).</p></li><li><p>Responsible for protecting the Culture of TC and for living out the Five CsCharacter, Competency, Catalytic, Collaboration, and Chemistry.</p></li><li><p>Proactively and consistently discovers, develops, disciples, and deploys Preschool Servant Leaders in accordance with the Vision and Values of Transformation Church.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates with necessary staff and Next Gen Director to ensure all childcare related communication, events, etc. are completed according to established procedures within the predetermined timetables.</p></li><li><p>Maintains TC Kids processes and procedures to ensure safety of children and servant leaders in our care which includes maintaining related MyTC process queues, check-in, etc.</p></li><li><p>Welcomes parents and children into fun and loving environment, ensuring the safety of children in our care with consistent check-in/check-out as well as observing emergency and security protocols.</p></li><li><p>Works closely with Creator of Content to come up with age appropriate activities for childcare events.</p></li><li><p>Communicates with appropriate team members to ensure ratios are maintained as well as processes and procedures followed for all events requiring childcare.</p></li></ul><p>Competencies Required: To perform successfully, the following competencies should be demonstrated:</p><ul><li><p>Prerequisites: Christ follower who allows the Holy Spirit to work in and through oneself and lives a life of worship (Upward, Inward, Outward).
