Pay

Drivers average $65,000 - $72,000 per year with paid miles, stops, and layovers. Enjoy an average of 40% to 60% employee discount on United Hardware products!

Schedule

Drivers have a set 4-day workweek schedule, from Monday to Thursday on a dedicated lane, with multi-stop deliveries to various hardware stores in Wisconsin. Average 1,500 weekly miles with 15-18 stops and 3 layovers each week.

Equipment

Drive 2024 Freightliner Sleepers with preloaded heated trailers and use a pallet jack to tailgate pallets with some driver assist unload.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older

• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

• Additional qualifications will apply

• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
