With a passion for the craft of hospitality and a shared appreciation for exploration, adventure, innovation and the outdoors, Collected Retreats is committed to reshaping the luxury travel experience.Overview: RoleAs a Busser/Runner, you will have a way with guests, treating them in an accommodating and professional manner and ensure total satisfaction with their dining experience. The Busser/Runner is responsible for preparing the dining room for service, table maintenance, running food and contributing to the general flow of the restaurant.They should have the ability to provide the highest standard of service, superior communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume environment.Responsibilities: * Welcome and greet guests upon arrival * Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them * Run food, clear tables, clean tables, and assist with all service related tasks * Be able to answer questions correctly regarding the restaurant, the area, and the menu * Thank guests as they leave and invite them to returnDesired Skills and Experience: * Comfortable working in outdoor settings for extended periods of time* 1+ years experience in hotel, hospitality or related position * Ability to manage high volume of requests with competing deadlines * Highly organized and dependable, approachable, empathetic, self-aware and self-motivatedRequirements for Employment: * Fluent in English * Authorized to work in the U.S. * Full-time and part-time opportunities available * Must be available to work variable shifts on both weekdays and weekends (24-40 hours/week)* Must be able to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20lbs pounds of force constantly to life, push, move or carry objects * Must willing to work in an outdoor setting, including all-weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, etc.)Compensation & Perks:*
