Description
ACES is seeking a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst part-time, approximately 15-20 hours, to provide ABA services to preschool-aged children at our insurance-based center.
We are currently looking to hire Part-Time Behavior Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working with children and have experience in ABA therapy. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. Assessment:
Conducts formal behavior analytic assessments, including functional assessments, skill-based assessments, ecological assessments, and preference assessments.
Conducts observations of students/clients
Conducts observations of staff
Conducts procedural fidelity checks for ongoing programs
Conducts reliability checks on data being collected
Conducts analysis and reporting of behavioral and instructional data
Prepares and disseminates assessment reports
General:
Completes the setup and monitoring of data management systems
Displays data in graphs and tables
Presents information to parents and teams
Supervises and evaluates Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians
Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Communication:
Completes all forms, reports, and paperwork in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
Communicates relevant behavior/instructional information to the team on an ongoing basis
Communicates professionally with peers and leadership staff
Communicates professionally with outside agencies and parent/guardians
Participates in staff/student meetings
Attends/participates in parent meetings
Instruction:
Training:
Participates in assigned training and staff development opportunities
Provides training and feedback regarding instructional and behavioral skills
Provides behavioral/instructional training and support to parents
Completes all components of ACES Safety Management Training (ASSIST) within six-months of hire date
Obtains BACB recognition for meeting the Standards for Supervision Requirements to supervise RBTs and BCBA exam candidates within three months of the hire date
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to pass a background check.
