Job Summary: We are seeking diligent and customer-focused Banquet Servers to join our team. Banquet Servers are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions hosted at our venue. The ideal candidate should be professional, courteous, and able to anticipate the needs of our guests while ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet room as per event order specifications.

• Greet guests upon arrival, distribute menus, and take drink orders.

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards.

• Monitor guest needs throughout events and promptly address any issues.

• Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned efficiently between courses.

• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless event execution.

• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup as needed.

• Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a banquet server or in a similar role preferred.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Neat and professional appearance.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food handling and alcohol service (if required by local regulations).

• Experience with POS systems and handling cash transactions.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
