The Allied Health Student Onboarding and Success Coordinator position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team. This position is grant-funded by the Workforce Ready grant.

As a Part-Time Allied Health Student Onboarding and Success Coordinator, you should be proactive, organized, and focused on creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students. If you are organized, dependable, friendly, and interested in helping students enter careers in the Allied Health fields, this job is for you! UCC is quickly expanding Allied Health care programs and needs an energetic "go-getter" to help us make that happen. Current programs include Nursing Assistant, Dental Assistant, Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, with other programs in the works.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

  • Two years of administrative secretary training with an additional three years of work within the field with progressing responsibilities.

  • Associate degree in general education with an emphasis on office administrative secretary preferred.

  • Must be highly competent in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher), Windows Networking, and computer maintain operations.

  • Must complete Learning Management System Training (CANVAS) within six (6) months of hire.
