Provide support to the MECC Organization, including the Project Coordinator team in various tasks and projects. ? Initiate and maintain blanket and one-time purchase order requisitions. o Perform audit activities on blanket purchase order requisitions and invoices. ? Maintain site office and conference room supply inventory. o Perform weekly inventory checks and execute the procurement process for supply replenishment. ? Maintain plotter supply inventory and maintenance support for all plotters at MECC campus. ? Maintain site room and cubical signs. ? Provide meeting logistic support (room reservations, catering, supplies, etc.) ? Assist in new employee onboard process (computer hardware procurement, identify cube location and prepare for new employee, assist with IT new employee request, etc.). ? Assist with executive visit and special event tasks as needed. ? Update and maintain organization chars for the MECC departments. ? Hiring Needs: 1. Procurement Experience 2. Meeting Logistics/Coordination 3. Good understanding of computer systems and software 4. Ability to work independently and be a self-starter who looks for continuous improvement. Education Required: High School Graduate Minimum of 5+ years of experience; administrative or support function. ? Efficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) ? Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments and using a variety of audio-visual equipment. ? Service orientation, attention to detail, thoroughness, time/task management and effective prioritization. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? written, oral and telephonic. ?
