Envirosweep LLC, located on the south side of Indianapolis, IN a provider of Street/Parking lot sweeping services in Indiana.
We have immediate multiple openings for Parking Lot Sweeper drivers for Night Shift (this does require a valid drivers license), 5 days per week from 9 pm to 6 am. Must be able to work weekends and holidays while safely operating a sweeper truck, Hand work: blowing off sidewalks, corners, around buildings, cars, as well as emptying trash cans, etc.... Must be reliable, have an attention for detail and the ability to work efficiently on your own, safe driving practices are also a must. Must have a clean driving record. Must pass a drug screen and DOT Physical. This positions will be sweeping in Central, In. Experience preferred but not required. We will provide onsite training!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Operates vehicle in accordance with Envirosweep's Safety Guidelines, OSHA. (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, municipal, state, and federal laws.
Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings required by Envirosweep Management or Route Manager.
Works closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices or issues on the jobsites.
Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions, including but not limited to, closed lots, street, alleyways or potential safety hazards.
Communicates customer requests to Route Manager or Dispatch.
Completes and submits customer tickets as required.
Follows route assignments / times as directed and completes end of day/night documentation and the checkout process.
Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
This job has no supervisory duties.

Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history and motor vehicle record review.
