We are active in 8 states along the Eastern Seaboard with over 300 locations We are looking for a Parking Lot Attendant for residents and visitors utilizing paid parking facilities under our management, in the lovely Gulf Coast beach community of Clearwater, FL locations. Position Key Highlights: Hiring multiple staff for Part time Weekends- Some holidays/special events All shift available (10am-5pm). Earn $15/hr for this Professional Parking / Guest Services role.

They are the first person to greet and welcome our clients and customers, and the last person they’ll interact with upon departure. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome parking customers, aiming to maintain the highest level of UPP's "Guest Experience" Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients Provide exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:

Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the day Must provide excellent customer service Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds Must possess a current drivers’ license and maintain a clean driving record Must have a good work ethic and be a team player Must maintained and groomed, professional appearance Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check (if hired for driving position) Benefits: Both part & full-time employees accrue paid time off beginning on their first shift.
