This position will require the following:

  • Track and account for all parking tickets issued on a daily basis.

  • Maintain register totals and track cash intake.

  • Monitor visitor parking to ensure availability and usage.

  • Print monthly validation report and consolidated revenue report.

  • Must be self motivated and customer service oriented.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma

Minimum of one year of experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel

Since openings its doors in 2001, American Airlines Center has been setting the precedent for sporting and live entertainment events. Bringing in a variety of big name shows and housing both the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars.</p><p>At American Airlines Center, we value our employees and what they bring to the company, but more importantly to the guest experience. We are seeking energetic and customer service oriented Parking Attendants to join our Parking Services team. The parking attendant will greet patrons in a friendly and positive manner, charge guests approriate lot rate and issue credit card or debit card receipts for all transactions, check authorized names off list, and/or collect valid parking pass as guests enter the facility.
