Job Description Summary:

Crew members are responsible for making sure the facility is clean, safe and ready to be enjoyed by a variety of different user groups.

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Keep the park clean by removing litter and debris.

• Turf maintenance including mowing and weed eating.

• Setting up tents for private parties and assisting with set up and tear down of large events.

• Assist in maintaining city assets including buildings, vehicles, lake equipment, irrigation system, ect.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record.

• Be enthusiastic and friendly; polite, helpful, professional and firm.

• Be outgoing, engaging, knowledgeable and kind.

• Enjoy working in an outdoor environment with variable weather conditions.

• Detail oriented, highly organized, and anticipating solutions before a problem occurs.

• React well in stressful and emergency situations and understand your role in the park EAP.

• Be able to diplomatically address issues while implementing excellent customer service skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of operating trucks, utv's, power tools, hand tools, and a variety of other equipment.

• Landscape maintenance and construction skills.

• Knowledge of effective and efficient radio communication and park emergency procedures.

• Experience working with a diverse group of people with different skillsets.
