Job Summary
Class Title: Parent Liaison Under the direction of the Assistant Principal or another assigned supervisor, perform a variety of duties related to attendance and record keeping; monitor attendance and assist with various attendance procedures; communicate with parents and guardians regarding attendance problems and related issues; provide information regarding school or District programs and procedures.
Relationship To Student Achievement And Duties: Parent liaisons are highly trained support staff assigned to address issues related removing barriers to student attendance. The parent liaison meets with administration, students, and families to ensure that barriers to attendance are reduced or removed and students access their education.

Requirements / Qualifications
