Instructional Aide staff members are responsible for assisting High School and Adult School students in successful completion of their educational training. Additionally, they help students move into post-secondary education or career opportunities, and connect them with necessary support services in order to be successful. Instructional Aides work with the teachers and other CHYBA support staff to assess the particular strengths and challenges of each student. This position may also include working with students in creating their educational objectives and their personal/career goals. Other duties as assigned may include: *Participating in job-related or school-wide trainings *May be asked to transport students in school vehicle *May help coordinate or assist with our nutrition/meal service program Proof of Instructional Aide certification, AA or BS/BA Degree, and/or proof of future successful pass rate for Instructional Aide proficiency exam will be required.
