"We believe that every child should be able to be anything they want in life, regardless of their birthplace and circumstances."-Ron Packard, CEO and founder.
Join the Inkster Preparatory Academy Family in Michigan as a Paraprofessional and love what you do daily! Be part of the difference at Inkster Preparatory Academy, an award-winning school serving the Inkster community and Metro Detroit families with a college-prep K-8th grade education featuring foreign language, sports, and STEM.
Inkster's nurturing teachers and staff create a positive school culture, extending learning outside of the classroom while specializing in closing educational gaps. At ACCEL we proudly advocate for school choice and work to address educational inequities throughout the United States and have been recognized and praised by legislators, authorizers, and researchers. Our schools are inclusive and widely differ to reflect the unique values of the urban communities we serve. However, we realize that this would not be possible without our teachers, so we are proud to offer tuition assistance and career advancement opportunities throughout ACCEL Schools.
