• Possess a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or at least 9

semester hours of college coursework in the field of Early Childhood or Child

Development.

• Possess appropriate experience (at least 12 months) working in early childhood

setting.

• Physical and emotional ability and dexterity to perform required work and move

about as needed.

• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Policy Council and Board of

Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
