Paramedic, Per Diem

LGH is offering up to $8,000 bonus for part-time # full-time Paramedics

• Newly competitive rates are available for Paramedic roles

• As the Paramedic, you#will provide all aspects of Advanced Life Support (ALS) treatment and transport of patients in the emergency pre-hospital setting. Evaluate the nature and extent of acute illness or injury and establish priorities for BLS and ALS treatment. #Carry out procedures based upon Statewide Treatment Protocols, Standard Operating Guidelines and Medical Control direction when applicable. Manage the emergency patient#s environment in a manner that assures optimal on-scene care as well as expedient transportation to the most appropriate medical facility. This includes efficient utilization of EMS resources such as local first responders, BLS and special resources/equipment. #Performs all skills applicable to the Scope of Practice for Massachusetts certified Paramedics.
