Paramedic-Er-Full Time

Job Description

Assists with patient care in the emergency department (ED) under the direction of the registered nurse (RN). Can perform emergency care procedures including assisting with Advanced Life Support (ALS) under the direction of the physician. Maintains proper channels of communication and keeps appropriate persons informed regarding patient's condition. Works in conjunction with RN and MD to provide safe patient care and a positive patient experience.

Education: Graduate of a an accredited program in Paramedic science.

Experience: 3-5 years current EMT-P experience preferred. Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: EMT-P, American Heart Association BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
