About the Role:
The Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to the General Counsel, Director of AML Compliance, and Director of Regulatory Compliance for WynnBET. This role will be responsible for creating and ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a dynamic, positive leader, while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
Works as a change agent to improve and streamline department operations, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes and program effectiveness and value.
Demonstrates excellent facilitator skills in resolving conflicts between different points of view.
Demonstrates leadership skills in determining a vision, aligns and inspires the team to achieve the vision.
Establishes and endorses the business objectives, ethics, and values of WynnBET and the Wynn Resorts organization.
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of various legal documents, including promotion terms and conditions, vendor agreements, and compliance policies.
Assist with the preparation, filing, and maintenance of corporate records.
Maintain contracts database and contract summaries.
Work effectively with other departments to collect and distribute documents.
Other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must have at least 2 years' experience as a paralegal
Must hold an AA or Certificate in Paralegal Studies.
Must be able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Must be able to handle a high-pressure environment, possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, work well in a team environment, as well as work independently without much supervision.
Must be experienced with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Pro, contract management software, and be comfortable with upgrades and technology improvements.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
