Base Salary $60,000 - $80,000 Medical Dental Vision Long/Short term disability Job Details We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will assist attorneys in handling workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a deep understanding of workers' compensation laws and procedures.

Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in managing workers' compensation claims, including case file organization, document preparation, and legal research. Draft and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements. Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel to gather and exchange case-related information.

Review and summarize medical records, employment records, and claim files. Coordinate hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings. Maintain and update case management systems and deadlines.

Prepare attorneys for hearings and trials by organizing exhibits and supporting materials. Assist in settlement negotiations by preparing demand letters and settlement documents. Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.

Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience. 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury law. Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in legal research and case management software. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
