Job Description Job Description A busy and growing law firm is looking for a legal assistant/paralegal to join our team of high-performing professionals. You are an individual who has initiative, will own a process from beginning to end, and drive results.
Your areas of interest are probate, estate administration, estate planning, business entities, and real estate. You are comfortable with the law and with client interaction by phone, email, and in person. Ability and work ethic are more important than experience.
Training and support provided. Responsibilities: Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Assist attorneys and clients with business and legal transactions Comply with all legal standards and regulations Perform administrative and management functions Ability to travel to satellite offices to conduct meetings Qualifications: Detail oriented Good at using the computer and various programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good at working with a team Ability to meet at our Mesa office twice a week.
