We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: As a Personal Injury Paralegal at The Ledger Law Firm, Texas Division, you will provide vital support to our attorneys in the preparation and management of personal injury cases.

Your role will involve interacting with clients, gathering and organizing evidence, drafting legal documents, and assisting with case strategy to ensure a smooth and efficient legal process. Key Responsibilities: Case Management:

Assist attorneys with managing a caseload by organizing case files, tracking critical deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with clients, medical professionals, and experts. Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

Evidence Collection: Gather and organize evidence such as medical records, accident reports, witness statements, and expert opinions to support case preparation. Client Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring clients are informed throughout the legal process. Legal Research: Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings to aid in case strategy and litigation efforts.

Court Filings: Prepare and file documents with courts and administrative agencies, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements. Discovery Assistance:

Support the discovery process by managing discovery requests, responses, and related documents. Qualifications: Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Paralegal certification is preferred.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law preferred. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Knowledge: Proficiency in personal injury litigation processes, legal research, and case management software. Attributes: Ability to work independently, think critically, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. What We Offer:
