Paralegal Team Manager

Entrata is seeking an experienced Paralegal Team Manager to join our dynamic Legal team. This role involves working closely with the Chief Legal Counsel and other team members on a variety of legal projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, extensive paralegal experience, and a robust work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Paralegal Team, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.

• Draft, file, and maintain a variety of corporate documents.

• Assist with corporate and regulatory matters as requested by the Legal Team.

• Compile information for the monthly legal budget.

• Draft and redline various contracts and agreements.

• Support human resource issues and litigation matters.

• Collaborate effectively with internal team members and external consultants.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Conduct research on projects as directed by the Legal Team.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Legal Counsel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Paralegal/Legal Assistant Certification or graduation from a paralegal program with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Ability to exercise judgment, tact, and discretion.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Adaptability and quick learning ability.

• Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and research techniques.

• Proficiency in office automation software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a corporate setting preferred.

• Experience with SaaS is a plus.

• Familiarity with corporate governance, human resources, and contracts is advantageous.

• Management experience is a plus.
