Paralegal Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Paralegal for a contract position in Milwaukee, WI.

The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Project related tasks, filter, prioritize and distribute all forms of communication. Assist with administrative support for various projects and presentations, miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.

Provide paralegal administrative support to Corporate Secretary Paralegals and VP Associate GC. Qualifications:2-5 years of experience. Proficiency with MS Word, outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, AdobeSign, SharePoint; detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
