A well established corporation has an immediate opening for a Paralegal in our San Mateo office. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of in-house corporate experience. -Organizes and manages electronic and paper files and maintain the integrity of client files.
  • Assists with the preparation and court filing of pleadings and other court papers.

  • Manage document productions.

  • Prepare for witness and expert interviews and depositions.

  • Prepare for hearings, trials and client meetings.

  • Perform factual and investigative research using various tools, including the Internet, Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR and other media.

  • 2+ years of experience in a mid to large sized law firm.
