About This Role
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal with a global purview to join our dynamic legal team. In this position, you will play an integral role in supporting the legal team.
What You Will Work On
- Assist with global corporate compliance matters, including maintaining a global compliance tracker, coordinating with local corporate secretaries, and reviewing and drafting board minutes, resolutions and annual filings.
- Assist with litigation related tasks including responding to legal summons and discovery requests, preparing litigation hold requests, and drafting a quarterly litigation report for review.
- Draft legal documents such as independent contractor agreements, third party partner agreements, letters, contracts, etc. for review.
- Assist with preparation of insurance renewal applications, including gathering required documentation and coordinating with various internal stakeholders.
- Utilize a variety of sources such as statutes, regulations, legal articles, and treatises to research and analyze legal topics in a variety of jurisdictions in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe.
- Manage, organize, and archive documents and corporate records with software tools and technology, including CSC entity management software and Sharepoint.
- Support attorneys on other tasks as needed.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 5 years corporate paralegal experience, including working on a global team on a variety of corporate and legal matters both in the US and also globally in Mexico, Canada, Asia Pacific and Europe
- Strong organizational, writing and research skills
- Eager to learn new technologies and processes and willing to be resourceful to complete assigned tasks
- Experience working with CSC entity management software is a plus
- Team player who brings a strong "can do" attitude to the workplace and works collaboratively with other members of the legal team
- High level of comfort with and responsive to rapid developments and changes in direction

What You Can Expect
- Base Pay Range: $49,600-$87,000
- Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
- All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, 18 days of Paid Time Off per year, 8 Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required)
