Stable Company Competitive Compensation Medical Benefits Permanent/Full-time Paid Time Off 401K Job Details Key Responsibilities: 1.Experience with Subpoenas 2.Personal Injury 3.Experience with expert witness 4.Must be okay seeing images/videos that could be disturbing (counties and police) Manage heavy caseload in a civil litigation environment, ensuring timely progress on all cases.

Provide full trial support, including preparing exhibits, drafting motions, and coordinating trial logistics. Utilize Casemap or other document coding software to organize and manage case documents effectively. Draft and issue subpoenas, including those for medical records.

Assist in preparing expert witnesses, including managing disclosures, depositions, and expert reports. Collaborate with attorneys to conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Maintain meticulous records of case files, deadlines, and court requirements.
