Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with discovery process, including drafting responses to interrogatories and requests for production
• Analyze and summarize medical records
• Prepare and send subpoenas
• Conduct claim investigations, including witness interviews and evidence gathering
• Create case analyses, identifying issues and discrepancies
• Support attorneys in preparing medical evidence for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Compile data for exhibits and conduct research for expert retention

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal
• Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, and MS Office
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $60,000 to $90,000 Annually
