The Paralegal will assist attorneys by providing support services including document preparation and litigation support.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review and draft contract amendments and addenda, non-disclosure agreements, and discovery responses.

• Analyze and manage subpoenas and document preservation requests.

• Identify, organize, and coordinate retrieval of evidentiary documents

• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules, calendaring deadlines, and providing timely reminders of same.

• Manage company-wide contract management system.

• Ability to participate in early morning and late-night meetings with global teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Paralegal certificate required.
• 7+ years of experience

Economic Package Includes:

• Salary $100,000 - $115,000

• The categories of third parties to whom we've sold Personal Information, and the category or categories of Personal Information sold to each; and

• You have the right to request that we not sell your Personal Information. However, we do not offer this opt-out as we do not sell your Personal Information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

You can make a request under the CCPA by e-mailing us at privacy@netradyne.com We may request additional information from you to verify your identify. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, we will require either (1) a valid power of attorney, or (2) signed written permission from you. In the event your authorized agent is relying on signed written permission, we may also need to verify your identity and/or contact you directly to confirm permission to proceed with the request.

As noted above, if your request concerns Personal Information collected in our capacity as a service provider to a client, we are not responsible for responding to the request and may send the request to the client for a response.

Governing law

This Services are provided in the United States, and are located and targeted to persons in the United States and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws. If you are uncertain whether this Policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to Netradyne.
