Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal

Our law firm client is hiring! We are looking for a skilled and experienced Florida Paralegal to work in their Marco Island or Naples office. A competitive salary is offered, as well as an impressive benefits package after a waiting period, and generous PTO.

Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, excellent typing skills, knowledge of Collier County Court system and e-filing are a must.

Requirements

• Docketing & Calendaring expertise
• Collier County e-filing
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Adobe, MS Office, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) preferred.
• Experience with Tabs and Practice Master a plus.

Salary:$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Education:

• Associates (Preferred); Paralegal Certificate (Preferred); High School Diploma 

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 3 years
• Paralegal: 3 years

Ability to Relocate:

• Marco Island or Naples, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
